Shipping Your Return “To return your product, you should first contact our support on Telegram or Email to receive the shipping address of our UK Logistics Hub.
Tracked Shipping: Since we deal with high-value tech gear, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.”
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Gear: If the item is defective or arrived damaged, YourStation will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital products or downloadable software related to content creation cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that have been damaged by improper setup or power surges.
Refunds
Once your gear is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or Telegram about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be
processed in the original cryptocurrency used for the purchase (e.g., USDT, BTC, SOL) based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction.Once your
return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your wallet address on the blockchain explorer (like Etherscan or Solscan) using the TXID we provided. If the
transaction is confirmed but the funds aren’t visible, please contact your wallet provider. If you’ve done all of this, contact us at @YourStationSupport on

Sale items
Only regular priced gear may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or special ‘Bundle Setup’ offers cannot be refunded unless they are defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your gear for the same item, send us an email at support@yourstation.shop or message us on Telegram. We will provide you with a specific Return Authorization and the correct shipping instructions for our hub
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
